He started his first culinary steps in America. He continued to lead restaurants of high gastronomy, with his cooking being influenced mainly by the principles of Asian cuisine. In 2014 he was awarded as "Chef Rotisseur" in St. Petersburg, Russia. In 2016 he was awarded the "Best a la carte" prize in Bansko, Bulgaria. From 2018 until 2020, he is awarded as "Chef of the year" by the portal "estiatoria.gr”. In 2019, at the same time, he was awarded by the Minister Elena Kountoura, in Moscow, Russia, "honorably" for his contribution to Greek Gastronomy and in 2020, he receives the title "Maitre Rotisseur", from the "Chaine de Rotisseur" from which he has two more appreciation Awards. He has been awarded by UNESCO for my social contribution. He is also the inspirer and creator of the well-known diet "A.B.C. NUTRITION "but also of the" Aliento Experience "on Japanese and Latin American cuisine. In recent years he has been a professor of applications at the Metropolitan College. He is a research associate of the Kapodistrian University of Athens of the e-learning department, while he has teached culinary art and food beverage at I.E.K. MBS in Rethymno, Crete. He is the "culinary art director" of "Molon Lave" in Moscow, which has won awards and distinctions, such as that of the best ethnic restaurant, with 3 golden hats and for the last 2 years he has been "chef consultant" of the restaurant Blue Lagoon by Aliento experience at Elounda beach in Crete.
